Apologies, folks. We're having a couple of teething issues with the new 
list server.

The [SBB] banner should be corrected now. And I found (much to my 
surprise) that the list server was tossing out mail it should have 
posted (including my own). I do believe that's now resolved, so life 
should be more or less to normal. If you posted something in the last 
few days and didn't see it come back, you probably need to re-post it.
