Today, 2 Oct 02, I checked out areas around the overflow parking 
lot of Shoreline Park. Along the south edge of the lot I had an 
adult COOPER'S HAWK taking exception to a dark-morph RED-TAILED 
HAWK that was trying to share its air space. The Cooper's 
eventually dove down along the edge vegetation, scattering 
MOURNING DOVES as it went. A LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE was at the old 
landfill south of the lot, and a SAY'S PHOEBE was at the southeast corner.
