PACIFIC GOLDEN-PLOVER in the Stevens Creek Tidal Marsh again, in his usual spot. I counted 20 BLACK SKIMMERS at Charleston Slough, just after sunset. A LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE was out in the Flood Control Basin (one was at Moffett in the morning)--perhaps these are wintering birds as I've not seen them often in the last six months.
