A few details I forgot to mention in my description of the Clay-colored
Sparrow: the bird had a thin dark malar streak separating the whitish
mustachial stripe from the white throat, and pale buffy tips to the wing
coverts formed a semblance of wing bars. The tertials were also pale edged.
