About 1/3 of the way from the southern dike where salt pond A10 starts, there was an American Bittern that I flushed from the reeds between the A10 pond and the channel for Guadalupe Slough. It landed about 100 yards ahead of me when flushed, then flushed again as I drew near and flew west across Guadalupe Slough towards the Sunnyvale Treatment Ponds. It flew out of sight in that direction. This was at about 9:30AM Monday, November 4. Matt O'Brien Milpitas _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
