There was a SCAUP flock at the western edge of the west pond, but the wind made scoping difficult and I could not find a Tufted Duck in it. At least 3 BARN SWALLOWS and 2 VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOWS were foraging with a low-flying flock of WHITE-THROATED SWIFTS over the channel between the dump and the west pond.
