I stopped by Critteden Marsh in the afternoon and found the juvenile BAIRD'S SANDPIPER in the northeastern corner where there is still some water. Sure enough, it was still present with a small group of WESTERN and LEAST SANDPIPERS and SEMIPALMATED PLOVERS at the edge of the remaining water in the northwest corner of the impoundment. Ten LEAST TERNS and a BROWN PELICAN were across the dike in Salt Pond A2E to the north. Mike Rogers
